Labyrinth Labs is a one-stop shop for DevOps and Kubernetes, ensuring a hassle-free cloud journey. Our main focus is architecting and building robust, scalable, and cloud-native platforms. As a team of experienced DevOps engineers, we know how to help our customers start their journey to the cloud, address the issues they have in their current setups, and provide a strategic solution to transform their infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Design and work on our People strategy
  • Manage the recruiting and hiring to attract top talent
  • Position Labyrinth Labs as one of the top employers of choice in tech
  • Create systems and practices that will enable the company to grow
  • Manage the whole People agenda from onboarding, and L&D, to talent management
  • Build and drive a great company culture
  • Drive the culture among our remote team

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 4+ years of experience in a People/HR role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering great candidate pipelines
  • Great communication skills in Slovak/Czech and English
  • Ability to build strong business relationships based on trust
  • Passionate about talent acquisition, people and technology
  • Having a growth mindset, knowing that only by learning and evolving can people reach their full potential
  • Follow trends and always be looking for ways how to make things better
  • Be curious about our business, as it’s closely tied to your work
