Can you turn “we’re hiring” into “hell yeah, I want in”? Great. Join us as a Talent & Employer Branding Partner to help us attract top tech talent and build a brand people genuinely want to be part of.
We’re Labyrinth Labs a One-stop-shop for DevOps, cloud and Kubernetes ensuring a hassle-free cloud journey. Our mission is transforming businesses to become cloud native and future ready with focus on architecting and building robust, scalable, cloud native platforms. What's our vision? Simple: A world where an optimal cloud infrastructure is a commodity.
In the beginning, we were just three engineers who enjoyed solving complex infrastructure challenges together. Fast forward a few years, and we've grown into a team of passionate professionals who care deeply about their craft, and about building a #nobullshit culture where we genuinely enjoy spending time together. Whether it's over good coffee, a team project, or a hike, we make it count. That core passion and dedication still fuel everything we do, and it’s exactly why clients trust us to deliver.
And now, we’re looking for a Talent and Employer Branding Partner to help us grow not just in numbers, but in the right direction. You’ll be the bridge between our team and future teammates – someone who understands tech culture, knows how to spot [and attract] top talent, and can help build a consistent and authentic employer brand that truly reflects who we are. Whether it's sourcing amazing people, designing standout candidate experiences, or making sure our culture shines across channels, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Labyrinth Labs.
If you're a people-first thinker who gets excited about tech, storytelling, and building communities: let’s talk!
What you will be doing
You will be shaping both our team and our story and:
- Hunt down top talent and make them curious about us.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines - whether through sourcing, events, or just being the person everyone knows in the tech community.
- Work with our team leads to keep hiring smooth, fair, and fast.
- Team up with our marketing and spread the word about who we are as an employer: on socials, at meetups, through creative campaigns, or even with fun swag.
- Keep an eye on what works [and what doesn’t] in hiring and employer branding, and help us improve.
What we are looking for
- You’ve done tech recruiting before and know how to talk to engineers without sounding like a robot.
- You’re a networker by nature - connecting with people is your thing, online and offline.
- You enjoy being creative in employer branding and you are comfortable working in a growing environment where you get lots of freedom.
- Most importantly: you’re friendly, curious, and don’t take yourself too seriously.
What you will get
- An opportunity to shape how we hire and present ourselves to the world.
- Colleagues who are smart, supportive, and refreshingly normal.
- Real impact: your work will directly influence how our team and culture grow.
Seeing if We Click
We know your time is precious [so is ours!] We aim to make a decision as quickly as possible after your first interview. Here’s the game plan:
- Round 1: The Vibe Check [60 mins]
Our Head of People gives you the full lowdown on the role and our Labyrinth Labs culture [all the fun, slightly chaotic details!] while also getting to know you, your motivations, and a snapshot of the awesome skills you bring to the table. - Round 2: Case Study & Talk [120 mins]
Think of this as a two-hour creative workout with our CTO and Head of People. We’ll dive into a case study, explore your approach to talent and employer branding, and talk about how you’d bring our #nobullshit culture to life. Bring your curiosity, ideas, and that spark that makes great stories [and hires] happen. - Round 3: The CEO Huddle [30-60 mins]
A relaxed chat with our CEO and Marketing Manager. It’s where we see if your energy matches ours and talk about how you’d help shape the next chapter of Labyrinth Labs. [Ideally in person in Bratislava, we promise a good chat and even better coffee.]
If you are into cloud, people, and building communities, and you’d rather avoid the stiff corporate vibe, we’d love to hear from you.
