We are looking for a sales professional who will not only expand our existing sales capabilities, but also bring new energy and perspective to our team.
This new position is focused on the Czech market and operations in Prague, for solutions built on our LARA platform and most commonly AWS infrastructure. Other markets may be added later.
We are looking for someone who is not only motivated to achieve excellence, but also shares our passion for technology and innovation. This role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, commercial enthusiasm and the ability to build strong relationships.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
- Arranging and holding business meetings with potential customers. Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
- Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
- Handling business processes from finding a potential opportunity to signing the contract.
- Delivering, ruthlessly and rigorously, against your sales targets.
- Leading the generation of the pipeline and sales funnel across all sales channels (Linkedin, Email, Calls, Events).
- Creating sales presentations and offers, preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs and demonstrate the value of Labyrinth Labs solutions. Your understanding of cloud technologies combined with your ability to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences will be key to our success.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role with sales track and growth record.
- Hunter mindset.
- A strategic and creative mind.
- Ability to recognize the needs of the clients & passion to bring them the value of our tailor-made solution.
- Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in sales roles, in technical sales or SaaS product fields. Cloud or SaaS are plus, not software houses, man-day sales, bodyshops, etc.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Utilize the company CRM system to record activities and maintain a customer database.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Efficiency, flexibility, time, and energy management.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills. Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
- Eagerness to learn new things and constant development of the skills.
- A solid understanding of marketing principles, a strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques and frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Slovak and/or Czech language.

This position is with unlimited variable commission.

Interview Process
Just like you, we also want to close the Business Development Manager position in the shortest amount of time. Doing our best, we want to go through the interview process within 20 business days from the first interview.
The process consists of:
1st – Culture round with our People partner who will explain to you all aspects of the role and the company, gets to know you better from the personal POV – 60 min
2nd – Deep dive round with our CGO to check your sales experience, strategic thinking, and decision-making – 60 min
3rd – Final check round with our CEO who will consider communication and client-first approach – 30 min
