Sales Development Representative

Labyrinth Labs is looking for a Sales Development Representative with the focus on lead generation, market research, and target list preparation to help us drive business growth. If you want to grow your skills and our success, we will give you the stage and guidance.

What you will do:

• Prospecting via multiple channels (Linkedin, Email, Calls)
• Lead generation, lead qualification, and market research to prepare target lists of potential customers
• Maintaining process sequencing with existing clients or those in pipeline with follow up communication to ensure satisfaction with all leads 
• Learning the ins and outs of our products and services, and developing a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and pain points
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, developing and executing sales/marketing strategies 
• Attending trade shows and other events to promote the company’s products and generate leads
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors while identifying new business opportunities

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Prospecting/LeadGen/Sales/Customer Success 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Logical thinking, structured approach to problems, and ability to process data in MS Excel (or similar)
• Detail oriented approach to deliver daily agenda
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to recognize the need of the clients & passion to bring them the value of our tailor-made solution
• English & German fluency 
• Eagerness to learn new things and constant development of the skills
• Interest in information technologies
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to smell ineffectiveness and optimize the processes
