We are on the hunt for a Platform Operations Engineer to enhance our team’s capabilities in deploying and maintaining LARA – our cloud native platform. Our ideal candidate is an entry/mid-level Cloud engineer ready to tackle the operational demands of our clients, manage and upgrade LARA across various projects, and is keen on deepening their expertise in the cloud landscape. If you’re passionate about driving the adoption of the latest cloud technologies and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy scalable infrastructures for applications on AWS. You’ll be responsible for deploying cloud infrastructures using our cloud native platform LARA
  • Participate in the development of our cloud native platform LARA
  • Provide valuable feedback from deploying LARA to our customers and participate in continuous improvement of the platform
  • Handle maintenance and upgrades of client infrastructures deployed using our cloud native platform. Roll out new changes and perform upgrades of AWS and Kubernetes infrastructures.
  • Handle operational tasks among various clients, e.g. scaling out the infrastructure, handling potential issues and smaller ad-hoc tasks
  • Work with Cloud Native technologies
  • Contribute to the OSS projects to bring balance to the universe. You get what you give.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with working with and managing Kubernetes clusters
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Tools: Proficiency in Terraform or other IaC tools
  • Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, experience with debugging applications
  • Adaptability: The ability to switch contexts seamlessly between multiple projects, codebases, and technological concepts.

Interview Process

Just like you, we also want to close the Platform Operations Engineer position in the shortest amount of time. Doing our best, we want to go through the interview process within 20 business days after the first interview.

The process consists of:

1st – Culture round with our People partner who will explain to you all aspects of the role and the company, gets to know you better from the personal POV – 60 min

2nd – Deep dive round with our CTO/Head of Engineering to check your experience, thinking, and decision-making – 90 min
