As a team of experienced DevOps engineers, we know how to help our customers to start their journey to the cloud, address the issues they have in their current setups and provide a strategic solution to transform their infrastructure.

The role of People Partner & IT Recruiter is an interesting and fulfilling blend of a talent seeker & culture builder! If you’re eager to take over the whole People-related agenda such as Recruiting, Employer Branding, Onboarding, Offboarding, Building the Remote team, & Performance management. In that case, you are on the right track!

 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Revise, shape, and maintain fulfillment of our HR strategy
  • Drive employer branding activities mainly in event hosting and participating
  • Manage the recruiting and hiring process to attract top talent (from defining the current needs, writing JD, advertisement, sourcing and interviewing)
  • Maintain the database of candidates active and growing
  • Enable smooth E2E Employee Lifecycle agenda – from on-boarding, talent management, recognition, administration and off-boarding
  • Create and manage growth programs, benefits and other strategies to contribute to well-being & performance in the organization
  • Build and drive a great company culture
  • Nurture remote setup and engage everyone on board (this includes using regular Barometers, Weekly All hands meetings, Team Buildings and 1:1s with the whole team)
  • Build and maintain a productive relationship with our CTO & CEO regarding hiring, culture and performance topics
  • Manage People budget

Skills & Qualifications

  • A proven track record with HR agenda, preferably in a tech company or a startup
  • Strong knowledge of HR metrics, systems, and best-practices
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Slovak and/or Czech language
  • Fast-learning mindset
  • Passion for people and technology + drive to master new challenges

Interview Process

Just like you, we also want to close the People Partner & IT Recruiter position in the shortest amount of time. Doing our best, we want to go through the interview process within 20 business days after the first interview.

The process consists of:

1st – Culture round with our People partner who will explain to you all aspects of the role and the company, gets to know you better from the personal POV – 60 min

2nd – Deep dive round with our CEO to check your experience, thinking, and decision-making – 60 min

3rd – In-person round with our CTO who will consider cooperation in deep tech industry
