Because of our reputation for technical excellence and the growing demand for the solutions we provide, we are looking for a new member to our team – an ambitious Business Development Manager to help drive this growth.

We are looking for a senior sales manager who will not only expand our existing sales capabilities, but also bring new energy and perspective to our team. This position is critical to our expansion strategy as we seek not only to maintain our current success, but also to enter new markets and expand our presence in key regions. We are looking for someone who is not only motivated to achieve excellence, but also shares our passion for technology and innovation. This role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, commercial enthusiasm and the ability to build strong relationships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
  • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
  • Handling complex business process from finding a potential opportunity to signing the contract.
  • Delivering, ruthlessly and rigorously, beyond your sales targets.
  • Using financial techniques to improve sales revenue.
  • Leading the generation of pipeline and sales funnel across all sales channels (LinkedIn, Email, Calls, Events).
  • Creating sales presentations and offers, preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
  • Arranging and holding business meetings with potential customers. Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
  • Building long-term relationships with new customers.
  • Building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels in complex organizations, online and offline.
  • Creating sales forecasts, preparation of regular business reports and their presentation, and consistent work with CRM.
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
  • Creating a strategic plan for cross and upsell and aligning with our internal teams.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs and demonstrate the value of Labyrinth Labs solutions. Your understanding of cloud technologies combined with your ability to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences will be key to our success.

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Proven sales track and growth record.
  • Hunter mindset.
  • A strategic and creative mind.
  • Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SDR/BDM/CS role in technical sales or SaaS product field (Cloud or SaaS are plus).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Logical thinking, structured approach to problems.
  • Utilize the company CRM system to record activities and maintain a customer database.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to recognize the needs of the clients & passion to bring them the value of our tailor-made solution.
  • Efficiency, flexibility, time, and energy management.
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills
  • Eagerness to learn new things and constant development of the skills.
  • The ability to motivate themselves and others.
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles, a strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques and frameworks.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
  • Self-starter mindset with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Slovak and/or Czech language.

This position is with unlimited variable commission.

Interview Process

Just like you, we also want to close the Business Development Manager position in the shortest amount of time. Doing our best, we want to go through the interview process within 20 business days from the first interview.

The process consists of:

1st – Culture round with our People partner who will explain to you all aspects of the role and the company, gets to know you better from the personal POV – 60 min

2nd – Deep dive round with our CGO to check your sales experience, strategic thinking, and decision-making – 60 min

3rd – Final check round with our CEO who will consider communication and client-first approach – 30 min
