Great, we are looking for an addition to our existing sales team – a motivated hunter able to open doors, qualify leads efficiently and close deals. Our HQ will help you with an awesome company culture/team spirit, the tools, training and presales support to replicate the success.
What you will do:
- Develop a business strategy to grow in a defined region(s)
- Contact prospective leads via multiple channels (Linkedin, Email, Calls)
- Generate and qualify leads, research the market
- Arrange and hold business meetings with potential customers
- Build long-term relationships with new customers
- Learn the ins and outs of our products and services, developing a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and pain points
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, developing and executing sales/marketing strategies
- Attend trade shows and other events to promote the company’s products and generate leads
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors while identifying new business opportunities
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SDR/BDM/CS role in technical sales or SaaS product field (Cloud or SaaS are plus)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Logical thinking, structured approach to problems, proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and understand Cloud infrastructures and solutions Labyrinth Labs offers to the clients
- Ability to recognize the need of the clients & passion to bring them the value of our tailor-made solution
- English fluency
- Eagerness to learn new things and constant development of the skills
- Self-starter mindset with excellent time management and prioritization skills
